Marcel Young

Dutch/Australian Marcel Young is known for creating melancholic and nostalgic soundscapes as the lead singer of synth collective Dayweaver and post-punk band Stillwave. His deep baritone vocal delivery, somewhere in between Nick Cave, Matt Berninger and Davie Bowie, has become a staple of the Dutch Underground scene. Through collaborations with producers such as Helsloot and Peer Kusiv, he now brings his brooding, introspective and emotive style to the late hours of the night.
