Kimberly Fransens
Kimberly Fransens began performing at a young age, appearing in musicals such as The Sound of Music and Annie. Determined to further develop her talent, she pursued renowned training in singing, dance, and musical theatre, eventually being accepted into the Conservatory; the starting point of her professional career.
Kimberly first gained national recognition through talent shows such as Idols (2016) and The Voice of Holland (2019). Her participation led to her first hit, To The Stars, the title track of the film Whitestar. Her powerful voice, with which she effortlessly moves between pop, classical, and R&B, leaves a lasting impression.
Kimberly has broken records both on stage and online. From 2021 onwards, she performed no fewer than 30 times across three editions as a support act for De Amsterdamse Zomer. Her online presence has grown rapidly: in 2024, she became one of the most successful Dutch-language female artists on TikTok, with 250 million views, 6.1 million likes, and 285.6K followers. This online success has translated to streaming platforms as well, her single Schijnbaar Niet Waar went viral, spent weeks in Spotify’s Viral Top 50, and amassed millions of streams.
In addition to her online success, Kimberly is also a live performer. In December 2024, she starred in The Pianoman by Jeroen van der Boom at Ahoy Rotterdam. In 2025, she appeared in Holland Zingt Hazes, once again showcasing her impressive voice and stage presence.
