Dries Bijlsma

Bijlsma grew up in Silvolde. At the age of 11, he stood on a stage for the first time. He attended the conservatory in Zwolle, where he still resides. Between 1992 and 1995, he played guitar in a local punk band called The Fuzz, which achieved second place in the finals of Gesel van Gelderland. As a guitarist, he played in Soundsurfer between 2001 and 2005, and from 2003 in Combo di Conjo. Since 2009, Bijlsma has been a part of the Dutch producer duo Seven League Beats, a member of the Fakkelteitgroep from Zwolle. He primarily produces dubstep, hip-hop, and drum and bass. From 2014, Bijlsma has been a part of the group Fratsen and Rico & A.R.T. In 2018, he performed as a guest musician in the Masha Bijlsma Band.
