Buma Awards 2026: Five Awards for CTM Songwriters
The Buma Awards are among the most prestigious music industry awards in the Netherlands. Organized annually by Dutch performing rights organization BumaStemra, the awards recognize the songwriters, composers and music publishers behind the most successful Dutch songs of the past year. Rather than focusing on artists alone, the Buma Awards celebrate the creative talent responsible for writing and creating the music.
This year’s edition, held in Amsterdam, proved to be a memorable evening for CTM. We are proud to see five works by CTM songwriters receive a Buma Award:
- “Ik Zing” – Zoë Livay & Snelle

- “Terug In De Tijd” – Yves Berendse
Songwriter: Robert Vredeveld
- “Atlas” – Pommelien Thijs
Songwriter: Simon de Wit (BLANKS)
- “100%” – FLEMMING & Mart Hoogkamer
Songwriter: Marcus Adema
- “Zoet, Zout, Zuur” – Robert van Hemert
Songwriter: Marcel Fisser
The evening also featured a special moment for Dutch rock band DI-RECT, which received the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of its long-lasting impact on Dutch music. The award also highlighted the contribution of the band’s longtime producer Niels Zuiderhoek.
Adding to the celebrations, Robert Vredeveld had the honour of hosting the Buma Awards ceremony.
